12 slices of ciabatta bread
1 cup Organic Humboldt Creamery cottage cheese
1 tbs honey
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup fresh blackberries
Extra honey to garnish
- Toast bread slices until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- Place cottage cheese, 1 tbs honey and lemon zest in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of whipped cottage cheese onto each toast and spread evenly. Divide blackberries between prepared toasts and top with a drizzle of honey.
