Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Smooth, creamy and sweet, serve this in a bowl surrounded by a rainbow of fruits for dipping and watch this one disappear!
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 quart Humboldt sour cream
½ cup fresh strawberries stems removed
½ cup brown sugar
Fresh fruit for dipping
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine sour cream, strawberries and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with fruit for dipping.
