Chocolate Whipped Cottage Cheese "Mousse"
A healthier snack for chocolate lovers. With cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and frozen bananas, this delicious dessert is packed with protein.
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup Humboldt cottage cheese
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
½ frozen banana
Fresh raspberries
Crystal whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and frozen banana to a food processor or blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into serving dish and top with fresh raspberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
Note: Experiment with different toppings like crushed hazelnuts, coconut shreds, or a variety of fresh berries.
