1 store-bought pound cake or angel food cake
1 pint Organic Humboldt Creamery Whipping Cream
2 tbs granulated sugar
Fresh mixed berries, to garnish
Optional flowers & powdered sugar, to garnish
- Cut pre-made cake into slices. Arrange slices in a circle on a cake tray.
- Combine whipping cream and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until whipped cream is fluffy, starting on low and gradually adjusting speed to high.
- Spoon whipped cream evenly on top of cake slices. Top with fresh berries, flowers and a dusting of powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately with any leftover whipped cream and berries.
