Creamy Strawberry Rosé Granita

An elegant yet easy dessert for date night, an anniversary dinner or Valentines day.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 scoops Humboldt Creamery Organic Strawberry Ice Cream
2 cups rosé wine (still or sparkling)
4 strawberries, washed and cut

Directions:

  1. Pour rosé wine into a shallow baking dish and set in the freezer.
  2. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Scrape with a fork until wine is slushie.
  3. Scoop frozen wine into 2 coupe glasses. Top with a scoop of Humboldt Creamery Organic Strawberry Ice Cream and strawberries.
