Bacon Gruyere Quiche

The perfect breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

16 ounces organic Humboldt Creamery Organic cottage cheese
4 organic eggs 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
6 slices Canadian bacon, diced salt and pepper
1 organic pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to  at 350°F

Lay pie crust in pie pan and cover with gruyere cheese. Evenly spread Canadian bacon on top. Beat eggs and then mix with cottage cheese. Pour over bacon and cheese in pie shell.

Bake about 40-50 minutes. Quiche will appear a bit liquidy (but not jiggly), when done, that moisture will disappear after sitting to cool.
