Ice Cream

Looking for Real Organic ice cream from Northern California? Try Humboldt Creamery!

Humboldt Creamery ice cream comes from cows that enjoy the California coastal life in Humboldt County. With free space to graze and a temperate climate to enjoy, our cows produce high-quality, great-tasting milk, which makes the most delicious ice cream.  Featuring organic cane sugar, all-natural flavors and, of course, our own milk, our ice cream recipes are simplicity at its finest. Or, at least, at its most delicious.

All of our ice cream is crafted with organic cream from local Humboldt farms. You’ll find ice cream flavors for every sweet tooth made with real ingredients:

  • Real vanilla extract
  • Sea salt
  • Peppermint
  • Coffee
  • And so much more

No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives here — ever. Our ice cream is easy to find at your local Safeway, Costco, or Trader Joe’s, so feel free to pick up a pint and then listen to those late-night cravings.

You deserve it.

There are many choices when it comes to organic products, but when it comes to organic ice cream, we believe you deserve only the best. Our cows are allowed to pasture as often as weather permits, meeting or exceeding organic requirements, and we make sure they have ample space to do what they do best: roam and eat the yummy Humboldt County grass. With about four cows per acre of land and deep-rooted grass in nutrient-rich soil, you’re not getting any run-of-the-mill milk from our cows. This is the rich, wholesome milk that can only come from the legendary “Cream City,” the nickname for the town where our plant is located way back in the 1800s. Once you taste our dairy products, it’s not hard to understand how we got that name.

Everybody deserves real organic, and our organic milk always comes from local pasture-raised cows that are never treated with the artificial growth hormone rBST* or with any antibiotics. Once you taste our ice cream, we believe you’ll be a convert for life. We know we are.
