At Humboldt Creamery, our milk is supplied by our member dairy producers and comes from cows fed on the naturally lush, green pastures of Humboldt County. The cows are milked daily and the milk is transported to our plant, which is located within minutes of our members' dairies. This is used in the production of fluid milk, powdered milk, ice cream and other frozen desserts.

Our products are distributed regionally, nationally and internationally.
